An upfront fee of 49 dollars for diagnosis will be asked for before work is started. This amount will be deducted from the final bill.

We will scan your computer with our software and our technicians will search over your computer to remove any viruses or malware on your computer.
We will back up your data to a storage device of your choice. You can bring your own or buy one through us at a low price.
We will try to recover your data from a failed hard drive. There is no guarantee on actual data recovery.
We will remover current operating system and reinstall with a fresh copy. All information will be lost unless specified to transfer the data.
We will transfer your data to a new computer or to your existing computer after a rebuild. This does not include the transfer of programs or if you need to clone to another computer.
A trip charge will be applied to any customer where there will be travel outside of the Aurora/Monett area.
We will clone a complete image of your current computer and put it on another computer or save that image to a device of your choosing. This will transfer everything including system info, programs, and personal information such as pictures and documents.
These fees are what is not covered by the flat rates.
This is for all services where a technician is needed on site. We do not charge a drive time so charges will start when the technician arrives at the designated location. All onsite services have an hour minimum.
This is for services where the computer can be brought back to the shop and worked on there. This is a base rate for repairs where parts are replaced, ect.
